Crémelin - patisserie et café

Hai I am back! It's been a while, no, it's been ages since the last time I share my review in this blog! To be able to write needs so much effort, you need a perfect mood and ambience so that the words could flow like a river. Ups, pardon my random thoughts and let's get back to the review.

So today I am going to review a new cafe in Bandung, CREMELIN. It has just opened around the beginning of this year. It is located in Jalan Abdul Rivai, not so far from Wastukencana. It has a very cute look outside and inside. Their theme is colourful as you can see in the photos below, and most of the interior is made from acrylic. I really love this place because they have a perfect lighting to take photos!

They serve breakfast menu, coffee, tea, and cakes. Here are some food and drink which I tried :


 Russian Tefteli

IDR 47.000 (pork)

Ah, I really love any cafe where I can take a flatlay photo easily like this one. This dish consists of wheat bread, scrambled eggs, salad, and 3 balls of pork or chicken served with mushroom sauce. The salad was good, I like the dressing. The scrambled egg was creamy and it came in a quite big portion which satisfied me. Now let's take a closer look to the pork balls...



When I cut the balls, whoa, you can see the melting cheese inside! Looks sooooo yummy, isn't it? And when I tasted it, I couldn't stop eating it. The mushroom sauce was also tasty. FYI, I finished this portion all by myself. Haha. You should try!

Long Black Coffee

Since my boyfriend and I are not coffee lovers, so this Long Black Coffee just taste similar to the other Long Black Coffee. If you are a coffee lover, may be you scan try and share your review to me?

Let's just skip to the dessert. Their collection is not much, but it is displayed beautifully.


Finally the dessert I chose is *drumroll*

La Manssion


IDR 28.000

The menu said that t consists of mango mousse, passion fruit cremeux, and biscuit jaconde. It has a very cute shape and a very attractive colour for me. Oh, and it has a very unique texture, too. Here is the appereance when it is cut :


You can see the layer of the mouse and the biscuit. The mousse is soft and it tasted both sweet and sour. Since it is a mango mousse, we can eat a little more than ordinary cheesecake or any other sweet cakes. This one is also recommended!

Overall, I like this place. I like the ambience, the food, and the cake. I am sure to come back to try the other menu as you can see below. Good job, Cremelin!
